Oh Verizon!

I didnt realize that people actually read my blog... thank you for the comments on my other post! :) Well not much is going on again. Verizon has screwed up twice since we got them when we moved in. The internet went out for no reason at all... just stopped getting a connection so i called and had to get help resetting it and getting a new ip address and all that stuff. It was a pain in the butt. Then 3 days ago the cable box stopped working... in the middle of watching tv. We were watching tv and were going to watch something that we DVR'd and when hubs pressed play the screen went black. We could hear what was going on and everything but couldn't see a thing. So we checked all the cable and moved them around and put them back and everything and nothing worked. So hubs called yesterday (was on the phone for over an hour) told them what happened and that we checked everything and its the box. Well of course they made him RE check everything and of course it still didnt work. So finally after that long of going back and forth they said ok well we will send you out a new box. Ugh why couldnt they have just said that when we told them we already checked everything! The only good thing I can say about them so far is that we recieved the box today already, after just telling them yesterday! So we will see if this one works properly.
